FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FOR

MONDAY – THURSDAY 8:30 TO 5 PM.  

We are a fast paced law firm with a high volume of clientele looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team.  The ideal candidate must have experience in customer service, show attention to detail, possess excellent organizational skills, and a pleasant telephone demeanor. The ability to multi-task with a smile is key in this position, as there are constant interruptions.

Executive Assistant duties include, but are not limited to: greeting and accommodating between 5 and 20 clients per day; answering multiple phone lines; managing multiple calendars for attorneys and staff; managing multiple incoming/outgoing email and mail; tracking billable time; data entry; basic client correspondence; and providing administrative support to staff as needed.

Substantive knowledge of MS Office suite, QuickBooks, or other practice/business management software is a plus. Accounts receivable duties and tracking of billable time utilizing QuickBooks are a function of this position. Experience with real property transactions (title, escrow, real estate agent, mortgage industry), financial securities industry, tax planning, or other legal experience are all relevant for this position, however not a requirement.

A college degree is desired, however a relevant combination of formal education and experience will be considered. We offer competitive benefits after successful completion of a 90 day probationary period.  Salary will reflect experience and qualifications, ranging from $12-$18/hour.

MID LEVEL ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY: TRUSTS AND ESTATES SECTION

The Firms Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Section seeks an associate with 3-5 years experience in; Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, Conservatorships. The ideal candidate will have both the desire, and ability to become a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law.  Assignments will include counseling clients on Estate Planning, drafting of Estate Plans, representing Trustees in the administration of Trusts, representing Executors in the administration of Probates.

Candidates should have significant law firm experience drafting documents, tracking billable time, managing a file from retention to closing.

Distinguished academic record from a nationally recognized law school and exceptional research, writing and verbal communication skills are essential. Associate salaries are based on years of experience and bonus consideration is given for productivity and performance. Must be a current, active member of the California State Bar.

LEGAL ASSISTANT: TRUSTS AND ESTATES SECTION

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Estate Planning, Trust/Probate Administration and Long Term Care Planning (Elder Law) Firm.  The successful candidate will support the Estate Planning and Medi-Cal practice.  This position demands a responsible and organized professional to support the Attorneys and liaison with the clients.  We are extremely service oriented and pride ourselves on helping our multigenerational clients.  This position is demanding and fast-paced, yet extremely rewarding.
