Heather Cooper

Heather Cooper attended Butte College where she took classes in Administration of Justice, Report Writing, Business and Real Estate. After being an Escrow Officer for over four years, Heather jumped into the world of Administration. She joined the Harris and Plottel team in February 2023 to explore the field of elder law and estate planning. Heather was raised in Citrus Heights, CA and moved to Butte County in 2005. She now resides in Oroville with her fiancé and her two beloved Boxer dogs. Heather enjoys cooking, kayaking, gardening and gaming in her free time.
